Afroaffinity platform is dedicated to providing you a serious, safe and simple online dating environment.

Please be respectful to each other when communicating. Unfortunately, it often happens that dubious persons try to extort finances from members with adventurous stories. They create untrue stories about emergencies such as needed surgeries, unpaid salaries, delayed flights or propose lucrative business opportunities.

Some of these scammers ask for nude photos for example and then use them to blackmail their victims.

In these or similar cases, participants violate our Communtity Policy and will be consequently blocked to keep this platform serious and safe.

However, we rely on your feedback in instances of infringement and ask you to report these or similar cases as well. For this purpose, you can use the email address support@afroaffinity.com. Furthermore, you can use the buttons “Block” and “Report” on our website.

Our desire is to provide you with a stress-free and positive experience at afroaffinity.com.

Authenticity of your profile

We kindly request you to create your profile truthfully and not to provide false information.

You must not present yourself as another person, especially the marital status and age must be correct. Note that information about location must be truthful, as some members include location as one of the search criteria in their profiles. Your profile is made exclusively for dating and searching for a serious relationship. Asking for money, gifts and items of financial value is prohibited and may result in deletion of the profile. The profile is for your personal use only. You may not sell the profile access or transfer the profile to someone else in any way.

Profile Content

Your profile (including your name, profile title, and profile text) must not contain hostile, offensive, obscene, illegal, or inappropriate content. The content of your profile must not contain language that promotes terrorist activities, discusses politics, or advocates or glorifies violence.

Creating multiple profiles on our platform is prohibited. Multiple profiles will be deleted.

Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to register at afroaffinty.com.

Communication

When communicating with other members on the Website, you MUST NOT be abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, or racially offensive. You may not send unsolicited messages of a sexual nature. You may not transmit messages that promote terrorism or advocate or glorify violence. You are prohibited from engaging in any communication designed to solicit prostitution or engage in human trafficking. You may not send spam, or messages that promote services or products, or messages that contain links to external websites for the purpose of promoting a service or product. This includes advertising any business, non-profit organization, political party or association of any kind.

We are entitled to forward notices in connection with illegal activities to the respective competent law enforcement authorities and to block the member account.

No communication with minors

All persons registering with us or using our service must be over 18 years of age.

Communication in any form with a minor in an inappropriate manner or in a sexual manner is prohibited. This includes underage friends and relatives of members of this website. You may not use this website to solicit or request a person to communicate with any minor for the purpose of establishing a friendship or relationship with a minor.

We will report the details of any illegal or inappropriate communication or conduct towards minors to the relevant law enforcement authorities and suspend the account.

Harassment

You may not use the Platform for any form of harassment or offensive behavior. This includes the dissemination of sexually and/or racially offensive, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, harassing, libelous, defamatory or objectionable material of any kind.

You may not contact someone who has blocked you or stated that they no longer wish to communicate with you. You may not duplicate accounts for the purpose of harassing another member.

Photos

The photos you upload must be yourself.

You may not submit any images that:

– contain a person other than yourself

– contain nudity

– are overly sexually suggestive

– glorify violence

– contain contact information in any form

– show children

– are subject to the copyright of another person

Violation of any of the above conditions will result in your photo being rejected. In extreme cases, your account may be terminated.

Abuse with regard to advertisements

It is prohibited to distribute advertising material via afroaffinity.com. Solicitation of funds, advertising or advertising-like activities are not allowed. Violations will result in the termination of your account.

Requests for money or property

You may not send money to any person with whom you have communicated or contacted through afroaffinity.com, or even send information about access to money accounts.

If you receive such requests for money, access information for money accounts, or material assets, please contact us immediately at support@afroaffinity.com.

Data security and access to your profile

You may not share your password or allow others to access your profile. You must refrain from any actions that may compromise your profile and access to it, as they may compromise data security.

You may not post or transmit any material that contains viruses or other computer code, files or programs designed to limit or destroy the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

You may not use non-human or automated bots to log in or otherwise use the Service.

Inactive profiles of Free users

The activity of free-user profiles is checked on a regular basis. Free Profiles that have been inactive for more than half a year will be deleted.

Reporting violations or abuse of the Community Guidelines

If you would like to report violations or abuse of our Community Guidelines, you can do so at support@afroaffinity.com. Please provide us with much information as possible so that we can take action. You also have the option to use the “Report” and “Block” features on our site at any time.
